BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Head Start Programs require policies and procedures on 45 CFR Chapter XIII. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families Office of Head Start implemented new standards and therefore, Monroe County School District Head Start is required to revise all policies and procedures. As a grantee, policies and procedures will be shared with governing bodies by content/service area monthly, until all policies and procedures have been approved.
