BACKGROUND INFORMATION
BSSW/Rowe was selected to perform Architectural work on the Marathon HS Athletic Complex project via RFQ 2017713. The estimated
project construction cost for the Board Approved Option is approximately $11.5 million. Architectural fees are based on the estimated
construction costs and the resultant additional fee for Bidding/Negotiations and Construction Administration will be $112,169.00.
This addendum is to increase the architect's fee to $454,669 based on the increased architectural fee due to the change in construction scope.
