On April 26, 2016 the MCSB approved the lease with Mobile Modular of four portable classrooms to be used at Plantation Key School during construction activities. The return charges were noted on the original lease agreement but were not included in the requested budget approval of $121,290.00. Mobile Modular quote #40432232 for $39,296.00 is for the return of the four leased portable classrooms.
