BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On October 31, 2018 MCSD released a competitive bid for band uniforms. This bid was advertised via newspaper as well as the electronic bid platform, Demandstar. 41 Vendors were notified of the bid, 3 packages were downloaded from Demandstar and 3 packages were received for consideration. The committee opened RFP 2019908 on December 3, 2018. After review of items including pricing, craftsmanship of uniforms, materials, uniform design and warranty it was the recommendation of the committee to select Stanbury Uniforms, Inc.
