BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Sections 4B and 7A of the Agreement, dated August 1, 2018, between the Monroe County School Board and Ajax Building Corporation, with respect to construction of the Marathon High School Athletic Complex, the Owner and Construction Contractor hereby agree to amend and modify the Agreement by this Amendment No. #1 and establish a Not To Exceed Guaranteed Maximum Price and Contract Time for all work as set forth to complete the Athletic Complex Project.
