BACKGROUND INFORMATION
We would like to enter into an agreement with Gallagher Benefits Services from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 to provide Consultng on the following items: Compliance, obtaining a Medical Administrative Services Only Contract, Stop Loss for Medical and Pharmacy Contract, and a Voluntary Benefits Evaluation and Recommendation. These services are not subject to Section 6 A-15 of the Florida Administrative Code.
