BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Aluminum Walkway Cover repairs and replacement are needed at CSHS, KWHS, MHS, and SUG due to hurricane Irma. Original competitive solicitation and award of contract to Garland was via US Communities Bid #14-5903 for roofing supplies and services, waterproofing, and related products. Quotes and a subsequent piggy back contract for the work at these schools was provided to MCSD based off the pricing in this award.
