BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The Substantial Completion Date for Phase I construction was scheduled to be November 21, 2018. Substantial Completion inspection as well as inspections for the Certificate of Occupancy did not take place until November 29, 2018 due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Phase I was declared Substantially Complete and a Certificate of Occupancy was executed on November 30, 2018. This Change Order is to revise the Phase I Substantial Completion date from November 21, 2018 to November 30, 2018. The Phase II Substantial Completion date remains unchanged.
