BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This bid is to provide pricing for the purchase of air conditioning condensing units used for new installations or
replacement of older units. Pricing was solicited via ITB 2019911 Condensing Unit Catalog Bid. The
ITB was advertised via DemandStar, local newspaper, and the District's website. 135 vendors were
sent notices and 7 vendors downloaded plans. Two bids responses were recievied. These bids
were reviewed by a selection committee. The vendor selected was Carrier Corporation, Inc
Selection was based on the lowest priced proposal that met the all bid requirements.
