This bid is to provide pricing for the Upper Keys Annex Renovation. Pricing was solicited via ITB 2019910. The ITB was advertised via DemandStar, local newspaper, and the District's website. NNN vendors were sent notices and NN vendors downloaded plans. Eight vendors attended the pre bid meetings. Two bids responses were recievied. These bids were reviewed by a selection committee. The vendor selected was Burke Construction Group, Inc
Selection was based on the lowest priced proposal that met the all bid requirements.
