BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On December 18, 2018 the School Board of Monroe County approved GMP Amendment #1 for the Marathon High School Athletic Complex to establish a Not To Exceed Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project to Ajax Building Corporation. Deduct change order #1 in the amount of <$1,300,000.00> for Owner Direct Purchases was approved on February 12, 2019 and GMP change order #2 in the amount of $155,362.00 for the purchase of clean fill was approved on February 26, 2019. The proposed change order #3 in the amount of $242,875.65 is to modify the GMP agreement by change order for owner requested new football, baseball and softball bleachers and blue track surface. The install of new bleachers will require additional services such as site work, concrete, PE stamped drawings and bonds. The cost associated with these services is included in the requested amount of change order #3.
