BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This is the first sub-recipient agreement that comes as a result of the first two obligated projects. Future projects will be processed via modifications to this agreement. Staff recommends granting the Superintendent the authority to approve future agreement modifications.
Contract Purpose / Description: Enables obligations of funds for disaster relief.
