BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Office of Head Start (OHS) has determined that our program is currently eligible for a non-competitive five-year grant award. We would like to request approval of the following documents to apply for a 5-year continuation grant: Grant Application/Budget Justification Narrative, Program Goals/Strategic Plan, Training and Technical Assistance Plan, and other supporting documents which are attached.
The Board has already approved the following required documentation for the grant application at previous board meetings: Annual Report, Self-Assessment, and Selection Criteria.
This application must be uploaded into the Head Start Enterprise System (HSES) by May 1st, 2019 to be eligible for another 5-year continuation grant.
