BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Microsoft Volume License agreement and subsequent purchase was approved by the board in May 2016, and renewed May 2017, 2018. This latest purchase agreement has Azure service built in which will allow us to present some infrastructure to the Cloud for disaster recovery efforts. This includes all Mircrosoft desktop productivity tools, data analytics and operating systems for servers in our data center as well as the advanced threat protection utilities. Purchase is made utilizing the NJPA Purchasing Agreement #100614.
