BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On March 21, 2017 the contract was approved between the School Board of Monroe County and Harvard Jolly, Inc. d/b/a Harvard Jolly Architecture. Since the initial cost estimates made for that contract, actual construction costs have increased. A request has been made by Harvard Jolly Architecture for an increase in the design fee for the additional services in the amount of $29,195. The original contract amount of $1,638,000 was increased by $602,764 via MCSB approval of addendum #1 on February 13, 2018. With approval of addendum #2, the revised total cost NTE contract amount will be $2,269,959.
