BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On June 12, 2018 the contract was approved between the School Board of Monroe County and Harvard Jolly, Inc. d/b/a Harvard Jolly Architecture. Since the initial cost estimates made for that contract, actual construction costs have increased. A request has been made by Harvard Jolly Architecture for an increase in the design fee for additional services in the amount of $281,449. Original contract $791,892 increased cost of $281,449 for a total cost NTE $1,073,341.
