BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Florida Keys Children Shelter (FKCS) and
Monroe County School District (MCSD). The MOU is effective July 1, 2019-June 30, 2020.
The purpose of this MOU is to maintain our partership between Monroe County School Dlstrict
(MCSD) and the Florida Keys Children Shelter (FKCS) for the Delinquency Prevention Program,
Community Based Counselor Program, location for our Upper Keys Alternative Education site and
the Alternative to Out of School Suspenslon (ATOS) Program.
