BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Sections 4B and 7A of the Agreement, dated July 24, 2018, between the Monroe County School Board and Ajax Building Corporation, with respect to construction of the Transportation Internal Services Facility, the Owner and Construction Contractor hereby agree to amend and modify the Agreement by this Amendment No. #2 and establish a Not To Exceed Guaranteed Maximum Price and Contract Time for all work as set forth to complete the Transportation Internal Services Facility. The Monroe County School Board approved GMP Amendment No. #1 for Environmental Engineering on May 14, 2019.
