BACKGROUND INFORMATION
In accordance with the Board approved School Year Calendar, at the beginning of each Fiscal Year the Payroll Department prepares, for Board approval, the yearly Schedule of Payrolls, Employee Reporting Days and Calendar for each job classification within the District. The Schedules outline the Payroll Department Paperwork Periods, Payroll Period Dates, Payroll Due Dates, the number of days in each day period and the paid and non paid holidays for each job classification.
