BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On July 25, 2017 the School Board of Monroe County approved GMP Amendment No. #2 for Gerald Adams Elementary School to establish a Not To Exceed Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project to Ajax Building Corporation. Change Order No. #4 is to reconcile and credit remaining contingencies and other savings to the Owner due to project completion. Refer to attached summary sheet CCA 001 Breakdown.
