BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On December 18, 2018 the School Board of Monroe County approved GMP Amendment No. #1 for the Marathon High School Athletic Complex to establish a Not To Exceed Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project to Ajax Building Corporation. Owner requested Change Order #3 was approved on April 9, 2019 to establish a revised NTE Guaranteed Maximum Price. Change Order No. #4 is to reconcile and credit remaining contingencies and other savings to the Owner due to project completion.
