BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Due to the complex nature of procuring pharmaceutical services for our employees, it was necessary and Board approved on 1/22/2019 to enter into Contract with Gallagher Pharmacy Procurement Services to conduct an extensive RFP for the Prescription Benefit Management Services and analysis of the marketplace. Pursuant to the Gallagher contract, this Amendment is designed to update the contract for the one-time fee of $38,500 to be paid by Optum Rx to Gallagher Pharmacy Procurement Group. The Amendment, the Gallagher Pharmacy Procurement Contract and the Optum Rx Contract are attached.
