BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Five Year Educational Plant Survey v5.1 for Monroe County School District was approved by the District Board on November 22, 2016 and accepted by the DOE on January 10, 2017. An amended survey recommendation for Glynn Archer Elementary was submitted on December 3, 2019. The survey recommendation is to remove Glynn Archer Elementary Building 4 from the District's DOE facility inventory. Pursuant to survey 3.5, the School District was to transfer Buildings 1-3 at Glynn Archer Elementary to the City of Key West. Building 4 (Gym) was to be remodeled and retained as ancillary. The attached Resolution 16-305 for conveyance of the Glynn Archer Gym to the City of Key West was approved by the School Board on September 28, 2016.
