Approval of Lease Agreement with Keys Energy Services
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Keys Energy Services has need of space to temporarily house part of their operations during the Cow Key Bridge project. District staff were approached by Keys Energy regarding a lease for vacant space on the School Board's Trumbo property, formerly occupied by the Learning Center. As staff does not anticipate that the District will have need for this vacant space for the proposed lease term (Jan. 8 2020 - Jan. 7 2021) and the District will maintain the right to require Keys Energy to vacate the premises upon 90 days notice, staff recommends approval of this lease agreement.
