TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given of intent to apply to the 2020 Florida Legislature for passage of an act relating to The School Board of Monroe County, Florida.
The Bill is being proposed to eliminate existing construction financing limitations regarding capital expenditure sources for student stations and provide for The Monroe County School Board to be exempt from any cost per student station restrictions including 1013.64 Florida Statutes.
