BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This purchase will cover the license renewals for the Milestone application and licensing purchase for The Boring Lab camera application. These both serve as part of our Video Management System (security cameras). Earlier this year we issued PO's to Signature System for services to support a summer project to upgrade the Milestone servers totaling $35,473.20. We are requesting approval to pay for the license renewals attached in the amount of $18,262.40 putting YTD spend with this vendor at $53,735.60.
