Approval of Lease Addendum with May Sands Montessori
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The current Lease Agreement between the School Board and May Sands Montessori excludes use of the vacant field where Building 400 was formerly situated at the United Street property. May Sands has expressed interest in using this space for physical education instruction and student recreation. In consideration for the use of this space by May Sands, they have acknowledged the School Board's intention to develop the space in the near future in order to enable MSM to relocate a portion of their educational operations and vacate the current site of Building 100 which will then be available for use by the School Board. With that understanding, Staff recommends approval of the proposed Lease Addendum.
