BACKGROUND INFORMATION

On March 20, 2018 the School Board of Monroe County approved Deduct Change Order No. #3 to GMP Amendment No. #2 and Amendment No. #3 to Biltmore Construction Co., Inc. to modify the agreement by change order to deduct costs for Owner Direct Purchases. The attached Change Order #7, deducts Project Tax Savings from the Owner Direct Purchase Program in the amount of $355,353.56. Change Order #7 also includes a reimbursement of $16,012.50 for additional services paid to Zyscovich Architects as approved by the School Board on December 17, 2019. The final GMP will be decreased by a total amount of $371,366.06.
