In 2014, the School Board entered into a lease with Boys & Girls Club of Key West for use of the Reynold's School Property. The lease has been renewed on an annual basis since then. Boys & Girls Club intends to move their operations to a different location at the end of this year, and will be vacating the property by Oct. 31, 2020.
