Work was solicited via ITB 2020018 Air Conditioning Replacement . The ITB was
advertised via DemandStar, local newspaper, and the District's website. 664 vendors were sent
notices and 18 vendors downloaded plans. 2 bids were recieved. These bids were reviewed
by a selection committee. Master Mechanical Service, Inc. was selected for recommendation for KLS, CSHS, and MHS based on the lowest
responsive bid meeting the ITB award criteria.
