BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On October 22, 2019 the School Board of Monroe County awarded the KWHS Backyard Design Build contract to Ajax Building Corporation. On March 10, 2020 the School Board approved a site plan marking the start of the Schematic Design Phase. The Schematic Design Phase Report recaps the status of the project through the end of the Schematic Design Phase and provides an estimate, schedule and other project information. The pre GMP base bid SD estimate of $11,707,173 includes architectural design fees, 1% escalation and a 5% contingency. The Repaving of the South Parking Lot is provided as an add alternate for consideration by the Board.
