TITLE: Approval of Edmentum Contract Addendum
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: MCSD has partnered with Edmentum for over 10 years to provide virtual learning options for students. On November 8, 2018, the School Board approved a multi-year agreement that covered enrollments through December 20, 2021 at an annual cost of $136, 275.00 NTE $272, 550.00, which was paid in a two payment schedule in school years 2018-19 and 2019-20. Although we are only purchasing 20 additional student licenses for EdOptions Academy at a total cost of $50,000, we are requesting to increase the NTE amount $60,000 to account for additional student licenses that may be needed in the future.
MCSD will receive the FTE for additional students which will far exceed the additional costs associated with this addendum .
