BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On May 19, 2020 the School Board of Monroe County awarded the Sugarloaf School CMAR contract to Ajax Building Company. The Schematic Design Phase Report recaps the status of the project through the end of the Schematic Design Phase and provides an estimate, schedule and other project information. The pre GMP base bid SD estimate of $25,851,914 includes a campus wide fire alarm system replacement, new Classroom Building, renovated Administration Building, new Transportation Building, and all associated sitework.
