BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On June 26, 2018 the School Board of Monroe County approved GMP Amendment No. #3 for Stanley Switlik Elementary School to establish a Not To Exceed Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project to Ajax Building Company. Change Order No. #4 approved by the School Board on November 17, 2020 provided a contract savings of $78,276.56. Deduct Change Order No. #5 reconciles the final contract value reflecting an additional rebate of $7,287.07 to the GMP.
