BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Work was solicited via ITB 2021004 Air Conditioning Replacements. The ITB was
advertised via DemandStar, local newspaper, and the District's website. 330 vendors were sent
notices and 16 vendors downloaded plans. 5 bids were recieved. These bids were reviewed
by a selection committee. Master Mechanical Service, Inc. was selected for recommendation for
SUG and MHS based on the lowest responsive bid meeting the ITB award criteria.
