BACKGROUND INFORMATION
In accordance with Florida requirements, ITB 2021006 for Concrete Spalling Repairs went out to the public on February 16, 2021 via DemandStar and the District's website. There were 655 suppliers notified and 23 plan holders. Five responses to the advertised ITB were received. The bid proposals were reviewed by a selection committee on March 15, 2021. Selection was based on the lowest, responsive bid that met the contract award requirements as stated in the ITB specifications. The contractor selected for this work was Marino Construction Group, Inc.
