BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Pursuant to the Construction Management Agreement between the Monroe County School Board and Ajax Building Company, LLC with respect to construction of Sugarloaf School, the Owner and Construction Contractor hereby agree to amend and modify GMP Amendment No. #1 by this Deduct Change Order No. #1 in the amount of $190,000 for Owner Direct Purchases.
