BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Microsoft Volume License agreement and subsequent purchase was approved by the board in May 2016, and is renewed annually. This agreement has includes Azure services for cloud infrastructure and all Microsoft desktop productivity tools, data analytics and operating systems for servers in our data center as well as the advanced threat protection utilities. IT is satisfying procurement requirements by piggybacking the previously awarded competitive bid with Sourcewell # 081419-CDW Tech Catalog.
