BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This is the renewal of our community engagement solution that includes our website, mobile app and our mass notification system, including support, maintenance and training. This item was originally approved 6/2016 and is renewed annually. IT has satisfied procurement requirements by purchasing this service through direct negotiation with vendor pursuant to 6A-1.012(11). IT has opted to use direct negotiation in lieu of procurement due to product being already integrated with MCSD systems and only available from single source.
