Approve KWHS Backyard Project Deduct Change Order #003 to Ajax Building Company, LLC.

 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Pursuant to the AIA A141 Design Build Agreement, dated September 23, 2019, between the Monroe County School Board and Ajax Building Company, LLC. with respect to construction of the Key West High School Backyard, the Owner and Construction Contractor hereby agree to amend and modify the Agreement by this Design Build Deduct Change Order #003 to reconcile and credit Contingencies, General Conditions, Architectural Reimbursables and other savings due to project completion.
