BACKGROUND INFORMATION
At the end of last fiscal year 2018-2019 the board approved an opportunity to apply for "extended hours," funding, which was awarded and will be re-occuring in the amount of $157,965 in addition to the base funding.
The Notice of Grant Award (NGA) for 2019-2020 delineates the 1.5 million dollars as awarded by the United States Health & Human Services (HHS) office. These funds are authorized for obligation per the 2019-2024 grant application, for year one of a five year grant cycle. This will be the minimum amount given each year thereafter as a part of a 5-year grant cycle if the program continues to run with no findings and no deficiencies.
